Here at the Twisted Pineapple, we strive for high quality products every time.

Returns/Refunds/Order Cancellations and/or Store credit are not accepted. 

If you have an issue with your order, please contact me ASAP on FB Messenger. There may be a slight delay if contacting via email. Each freshie is handmade, as there may be slight imperfections, but we strive hard to make sure every order is 100% made to perfection and to your preference. Freshie scent usually lasts 1-3 months but can last longer depending on scent choice.
